The Platform includes tools, content, and services designed to support individuals in planning and enjoying retirement.

The Platform is intended for informational and planning purposes only. RetirePlusPlus does not provide professional financial, medical, legal, or tax advice. Always consult qualified professionals before making important financial or health decisions.

User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Keep your password confidential and secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are inactive for an extended period.

Payment Terms

• Free Tier: Basic features are available at no charge
• Paid Plans: Premium features require a paid subscription (Essential, Premium, or Platinum)
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period
• Refunds: Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase
• Price Changes: We may adjust pricing with at least 30 days prior notice

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added where required by law.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Post fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, or harmful content
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Distribute malware, spam, or other harmful material
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data without permission
• Impersonate another person or entity

The Platform and all content, tools, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

• We do not endorse or guarantee any third-party products or services available through the Marketplace

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RetirePlusPlus and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to RetirePlusPlus in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and design elements, are the property of RetirePlusPlus or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the Platform. By posting content, you grant RetirePlusPlus a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the operation of the Platform.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Platform ceases immediately
• You may request export of your data for up to 30 days after termination
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect

You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. We may also notify you via email or through the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should discontinue use of the Platform.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
